Is Breeze Mortgages regulated?
Yes. Breeze Mortgages Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Do you only advise people in Bath?
No. We're based in Bath, but we advise across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, by phone, video call, or a visit to your home.
How long does a mortgage application take?
